What will you do in Social Point?

As VP of Monetization across all Social Point games, reporting to the CEO:

• You will provide valuable analysis and insights into monetization feature development, F2P economy, overall games performances
• You will analyze current status of monetization and growth; you will brainstorm new monetization features in order to generate revenue impact
• You will collaborate with Heads of Product and Product Teams, Game Design and Analytics in order to strategically grow a game and maximize long term revenue
• Your monetization strategies will increase efficiency and performances, identifying opportunities and setting monetization best practices

 This is you: 

• You have a broad experience in mobile games (mid-core and casual), with a track-record in growing games’ profitability with your own ideas and decisions and an up-to-date knowledge of the free-to-play gaming market
• Proven experience in improving monetization in mobile f2p games
• You demonstrate expertise and deep knowledge of the gaming market, with a clear focus on what makes a game successful and what doesn’t work
• You are both analytical and highly creative
• You have a bias towards action
• You are autonomous, rigorous and able to plan and be multitasking, meeting tight deadlines under pressure
• You build strong relationships with the people you work with; you take feedback, action it and are able to influence at any level
