We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Game Producer to join our team and oversee the development of our next groundbreaking title.
Job Description
As a Senior Game Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our game from concept to launch. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including project planning, resource allocation, team leadership, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, programmers, and QA testers.
- Collaborate with creative leads to define the game's vision and core gameplay mechanics.
- Ensure the game aligns with market trends, player expectations, and company goals.
- Make strategic decisions about game features, content, and scope.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the development process.
Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years experience as a Game Producer or Project Manager in the gaming industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- In-depth understanding of game development processes and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for video games and a strong understanding of the gaming market.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Unity and releasing products on Mobile Platforms.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.

- Contract: Permanent contract
- Localization: Paris (Malesherbes), with flexibility of remote working.
- Salary: Competitive salary, composed of a fixed part and a variable part according to performance and experience (+ Swile card + transport refund up to 50% + yearly trip)
