Oh BiBi is seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst.

If you're passionate about gaming, data, and have a strong understanding of business dynamics, this position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise and contribute to impactful projects!

As a Senior Data Analyst at OhBiBi, you will be part of a team of 3 data people, and you will support our game development and marketing teams by providing insightful analysis on player behavior, game performance, and user acquisition (UA) strategies.

Your analyses will help us better understand in-game dynamics, improve player retention and conversion, and optimize our game features.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze player behavior to enhance user experience, with consideration for key business and performance indicators.
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards for game and marketing teams to effectively monitor UA and game metrics.
  3. Conduct comprehensive analysis of AB tests to drive iterative improvements across our games.
  4. Play a pivotal role in UA management by producing up-to-date metrics and creating data ingestion jobs from partners.
  5. Contribute to strategic discussions about game monetization and long-term profitability.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  3. Excellent command of SQL
  4. Proven experience in analyzing complex data sets and creating impactful visualizations.
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  6. Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with Looker Studio/Metabase/dbt.
  2. Proficiency with Python
  3. Previous experience in the video game industry.
