Job Description

As part of the Content Creators Team within Ubisoft Global Publishing, you as a Project Specialist on business side will be responsible for planning, implementation and tracking of parts of a large-scale project and participate in building and running a viable project management framework to streamline processes and communications between your team and its multiple stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • You will analyze complex problems and transform them into comprehensive action plans with delivery targets and dependencies in mind.
  • You will perform comparative benchmarking analysis to understand industry practices.
  • Based on your findings you will formulate business needs and specifications on the respective features and processes to pass on to the counterparts responsible for the tech solution,
  • You will participate in identifying and analysing risks and priorities,
  • You will maintain smooth and up-to-date planning of the topics within your areas of responsibility, regularly follow-up on the progress and provide status updates to the team and stakeholders,
  • You will attend and participate in all project meetings, help keep track of conversations and next steps in JIRA, and suggest improvements,
  • You will perform daily tracking of team projects, tasks, and conversations in JIRA
  • You will provide regular status updates and reports on the progress to the team
  • You will contribute to establishing and maintaining a long-term project management framework on business side based on design thinking

 

 

Profil(s) recherché(s)

Qualifications

  • You have excellent planning and organizational skills and have first experience of applying project management methodologies into practice,
  • You have a strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset,
  • You are highly autonomous, proactive, and willing to go out of your comfort zone to continuously improve,
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively collaborate in a diverse and multicultural environment,
  • You are interested in and knowledgeable about content creators, influencers and social media topics in the context of the video games industry,
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, digital marketing, administration, or related field (any project management certification is a plus),
  • You are fluent in English (French is not required but a nice-to-have),
  • You have experience with Microsoft suite (notably, Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
