The company brings together 25 people with different expertise (publishing, programming, arts, design...) and aims for strong growth in the years to come. To support this growth, we are strengthening our teams and hiring an experienced Community Manager to lead the community strategy for our upcoming Play-To-Earn generation of games.
In direct collaboration with the team your missions will be the following :
Define content strategies that help amplify and distribute our community content
Plan, create and publish content on social networks including Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube...
Build strategy and implement virality tools and systems
Identify and foster strategic relationships with community ambassadors and VIP users
Help define KPIs, success-measurement & iterative improvements of community
Collect data to assist creation of the global community plans, including historical campaign performance, consumer insights and social intelligence
Gather players feedback and feed their sentiment to the product team to help evolve the product.
Moderate posts, private messages, and in-game discussions to ensure users get answers to their questions and comments
Stay on top of the latest social media and mobile gaming trends to continuously drive innovative community strategies for growth.
Profil(s) recherché(s)
You have at least 3 years of experience in community management or a similar role.
You have a strong passion for video games and the gaming community
You have a very good knowledge of social networks, the latest trends and social media platforms.
You have very good writing skills in French and English (mandatory, as all communications are in English).
You like team work
You have a creative and data-driven mindset.
