What is the job about ?
As our Brand Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving the global brand vision, strategy, and identity for New Tales and our games. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive, innovative, and compelling brand presence across all channels. Your mission is to build strong brand equity and create meaningful connections with our audience.
That is great but what does it mean for the day to day ?
Brand strategy :
Report directly to the CMO and play an essential role within the publishing team, collaborating with all departments, including internal and partnered studios.
Develop and implement a strong brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing, publishing, social media, and community.
Champion the creative vision of the brand, pushing for originality, authenticity, and innovation in all aspects of communications.
Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring they resonate with our audience.
Partner with the Digital Marketing and Community & Communications teams to develop engaging content, ads and assets.
Support the Brand team and creative agencies in creating and adapting static and video assets, using in-game capture, Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Establish a network of creative agencies to support asset creation, aiming for originality and efficiency.
Leadership :
Manage external agencies and creative partners, ensuring high-quality output that meets our brand and business objectives.
Lead and mentor the Brand team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and excellence in brand building - while ensuring a smooth delivery of all requested assets
Contribute to a positive work environment and a healthy team culture.
