We are looking for an experienced Head of Web & Content to join our ambitious and international marketing team.


Reporting to the CEO, you will be at the heart of our marketing engine, responsible for content creation and distribution, with a focus on our website, nurturing, inbound and outbound customer communications, and more. All of these key topics depend on your ability to assist other teams with the appropriate content.


You will be in charge of the Ringover websites. Your goal is to build a beautiful and conversion oriented website, that highlights our product benefits and difference with the competition.


Key responsibilities:


- Collaborate with all teams to prioritize and craft an ambitious content roadmap, aligned with our quarterly priorities.
- Execute this content plan, jointly with other marketing teams, in a timely manner.
- Process your team to improve delivery rate and maintain great content quality.
- In collaboration with our growth and communication teams, deploy a communication strategy around your content to ensure it's contributing to our growth.
- Innovate and test new things in our formats, supports and topics, while being relevant to our audiences.
- Challenge our design and creative team and ensure our content is not only well written and articulated, but also beautifully presented on all supports, especially on our website.
- Guarantee our content distribution channels (Youtube, web sites, for example) are well presented and organized to reflect the various content categories we launch and test.
- Establish KPIs to measure your team and content success.
- Report performance to our executive committee.


Recruitment Process:


- Initial screening by our Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS)
- Submission of a practical case study and completion of a soft skills questionnaire.
- 1-hour video interview with our CEO and Product Manager.


We are looking for:


- Strong experience in a similar role working across marketing teams on content-related topics, in a B2B environment. SaaS experience is a plus.
- Track record of successfully executed content and web strategy, ideally in an international context.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for design and video.
- Fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus.
