Gameloft is working on improving the management of its contract and is looking to hire an Intern for a 6-month contract to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will directly participate in setting the foundations of efficient contract management.

This is a full-time role based at our Paris office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  Migrating the legacy contracts to the new folder structure

• 
  

  Renaming the migrated contracts using the naming convention defined

• 
  

  Archiving contracts

• 
  

  Extracting information from the legacy contracts

• 
  

  Accurately entering contracts information into the contracts database

• 
  

  Cross-checking the list of contracting partners with the list of partners provided by accounting

• 
  

  You will report to the Contract Manager.

  BAC+4 or BAC+5 student

• 
  

  Fluent in English

• 
  

  Experience working with contracts and particularly in English

• 
  

  Interest in Contract Management

• 
  

  Well-organised with great attention to detail
