Team
Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.
The finance department is a team of 22 people divided in the following functions:
- FP&A and Cost control (8 employees)
- Accounting, Consolidation & Tax (12 employees)
- Treasury & financing (2 employees)
Additionally, the CFO oversees the legal department (6 people) and the corporate governance of the company.
Role

Accompany the strategy and implement the execution on all fronts related to financial operations such as M&A, fundraising, debt raising

Ensure the smooth running, reliability and accuracy of all internal finance processes (business plans, annual budget, monthly reporting and forecast, accounting and consolidation process for all Group entities, treasury and cash flow monitoring, procurement and cost control)à

Implement the tax planning of the company

Lead external relationships with banks, lenders, investors, rating agencies, auditors and lawyers

Lead financing processes (debt / equity) needed to ensure the growth and the development of the company

Oversee the activities of the legal department (IP & commercial, corporate, privacy)

Lead the finance and legal streams of all M&A deals (valuation, deal structuration, due diligences)

Coordinate the corporate governance (Board meetings and investors relationships
Profile
-
Business school or public accounting, ideally completed by a transition to an audit firm, you have at least 10 years of experience including 5 years in a similar position

You demonstrate a solid business vision, with the ability to blend perspective / vision and a sense of detail

You have already completed complex transactions ($100m+ fundraisings or debt raisings, large M&As) and master the legal and operational aspects
