CDI Senior Creative Game Developer H/F

Evil Empire is preparing its future and launching a new department focused on building game prototypes and through rapid iteration.
That department will pump out prototypes that will serve as nuclei for the studio's future games.

Working as part of a small team focused on efficiency and creativity, you'll have full ownership of your proposals while working closely with the leadership team to prepare the next hit game from Evil Empire.

Your responsibilities will include :
Imagining and writing pitches for prototypes and games.
Looking at code or tech as tools at your disposal to build a targeted player experience.
Creating prototypes and proving ideas fast. But also knowing how to find that little something something that really makes the idea shine.
Creativity requires good communication skills, you'll have to BE excellent at both.
Identifying the minimum viable interaction and the steps to prototype IT.
Being someone that is used to getting around blockers, creatively or technically.
