Art Director/Motion Designer (M/F)

Missions:

• Art direction and creative supervision on all 3K ELO client projects, raising the bar of the creative standards of the agency;
• Rebranding of the 3K ELO brand and keeping it fresh and relevant (logo, art direction, etc.);
• Creative execution (graphic and motion design, editing, etc.) on client and internal projects;
• Working on client proposals: ideation, documents, concepts, mock ups, etc.;
• Manage creative partners and freelancers to make sure all creative projects we build together are great;
• Build the art direction for an exciting unannounced video games related project 🤫.

Ideal candidate:

• A minimum of 3+ years experience as Art Director;
• Experience establishing art direction to market brands;
• A portfolio that showcases your ability to set a marketable artistic vision;
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effect;
• Great communication and collaboration skills;
• A strong passion for video games and internet culture;
• A great attention to detail;
• Fluent in English and French;
• Google suite proficiency;
• Great ability to learn, be organized and autonomous;
• An interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and NFTs is a plus.
