About the role

Parfums de Marly is seeking a talented and detail-obsessed 3D Artist & Motion Designer to join our Creative & Design team. This hybrid role focuses on the creation and animation of high-fidelity 3D assets for products, campaigns, and brand storytelling content across platforms. You'll bring life and motion to our visual universe while ensuring impeccable execution aligned with our maison's aesthetic codes.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Content Creation & Animation

- Design, model, and render photorealistic 3D visuals of perfume bottles, packaging, and luxury scenes

- Animate 3D assets to bring campaigns to life (teasers, storytelling loops, hero visuals)

- Develop and optimize motion content for digital and social media use

- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with ongoing launches and brand moments

- Ensure consistency in lighting, material fidelity, and rendering quality across all assets

Brand Support & Visual Development

- Create visual assets for brand presentations, toolkits, and PR materials

- Participate in R&D for new visual directions, textures, and animation treatments

- Contribute to the refinement of our digital visual language through motion design

Role - Specific Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent

- Skilled in texturing, lighting, shading, and compositing for luxury-quality renders

- Proficiency in After Effects or similar for motion design and animation

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Familiarity with AI tools for visual ideation (Midjourney, Runway, etc.)

- A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and luxury product storytelling

- Able to manage multiple briefs simultaneously with speed, autonomy, and accuracy

Desired Background and Experience:

- 4?6 years of professional experience in the luxury sector or creative agencies with high-end clients

- English and French fluency mandatory

- A portfolio showcasing 3D product rendering, animation, and luxury visual direction

- Previous collaboration with marketing and digital teams across full production cycles

- Understanding of storytelling in the context of premium branding and e-commerce

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high standard for craft and brand integrity
