Vue d'ensemble

Your role will be to build and lead our Advertising department while coordinating with other Marketing teams such as Social, Web, Store and Trade marketing to execute previously planned advertisement strategies.

As User Acquisition Manager, you will have a strong and direct impact on the growth of our games visibility through performance marketing on PC, Console and Mobile platforms.
Manage paid ad campaigns for several games at the same time
Define launch and post-launch user acquisition plans in coordination with each business unit
Analyze and optimize your campaigns daily to reach your goals
A/B test all our main conversion marketing assets to optimize our organic traffic
Leverage organic growth opportunities (Social, ASO, SEO, Emailing, Stores, etc...) to generate more leads
Coach and drive required marketing creatives with the Art team and external artists
Install a data, A/B testing mindset in the marketing team and help others grow their skills

Profil(s) recherché(s)

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills,
Flexible and ready to offer unconventional ideas by providing arguments to achieve your goals,
Expert in user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Search Ads, Tiktok...),
Comfortable defining and using attribution tools , MMP's and other data analysis tools,
R, Python, SQL, and any other programming language experience is a plus
API calls knowledge is a plus
Bonus point : experience in App Monetization

Informations complémentaires

2-5 years minimum in a similar position within the video games industry
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science or engineering
Fluency in English
