We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our awesome and fun Talent Management team. You will play a critical role in the full life cycle of recruiting A-candidates.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Work directly with hiring managers to define general candidate requirements
- Drive different ways to build talent pipelines including sourcing campaign, targeted search, networking, events, meetups, etc.
- Create job descriptions and process applications
- Ensure data Integrity in our ATS by monitoring performance and status metrics
- Support the development of our employer branding
- Participate in various recruiting events all along the year
Education and Background:
Master’s degree in Business, HR or equivalent
At least one successful experience in a similar role (in recruitment agency or in-house)
Previous experience in recruiting technical profiles is necessary (Software Developers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc.)
Fluent in English
Expert in sourcing (Boolean, LinkedIn, extensions Chrome, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid analytical skills
Comfortable using an ATS would be a plus
Driven by offering the best possible experience to candidates
Excellent people skills, with an ability to provide a sense of trust and inspire confidence
Rigorous, autonomous, problem solving oriented
Creative and willing to bring new ideas
