Job Description

As a QA Engineer (F/M/NB), you will be part of an unannounced AAA Title at the Ubisoft Paris studio. You will work closely with a QA Analyst and multiple developers on various missions:

  • Implementation of automatic tests in C++ (creation of guidelines / rules, collaboration with dev testers for the creation of tests, code reviews & trainings),
  • Development, reinforcement and deployment of automated test procedures,
  • Handling of automatic tests for the different versions of the game on most platforms (PC, PS5, Stadia, Xbox Series X/S ...),
  • Intervention on the test tool developed internally, to fix & prevent possible crashes,
  • Adopt a user-centered approach (UX Design), in constant relation with the other professions of the production and by involving them in the design and the development,
  • Ensure a technological watch in order to support the improvement of the test strategy within the project

Profil(s) recherché(s)

  • You have, at least, 2 years of experience in the field of QA and test automation,
  • You have a solid knowledge of C++,
  • You know how to be autonomous in the context of your missions,
  • You have good interpersonal skills, you are at ease with your ability to communicate with different people,
  • You have a good team spirit and you are committed to your project,
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English

Informations complémentaires

Bonus skills :

  • A first experience in the world of video games would be a plus.
  • A knowledge of Gherkin (or Cucumber) is a plus,A knowledge of Ranorex is a plus too,
  • And finally, a knowledge of Python is, also, a plus.
 

This is a permanent contract, based in Montreuil.
